Three Lancashire businessmen have teamed up to create a national vitamin patch company that specializes in improving health and wellbeing.
His focus is on promoting energy levels and combating ailments such as anxiety and depression, swollen joints and poor sleep patterns.
TheVitCo (thevitco.com), based in the Riversway Business Village, Preston, offers innovative vitamin and nutritional supplement formulas without a prescription through its VitPatch range as well as VitOil and VitCream ranges.
The deal is the brainchild of Jack Taylor, a director at Preston-based OVI Homes, a specialist in off-site modular homes; Simon Malcolm, director at packaging specialists Enviropax and OVI Homes in Haydock; and Peter Love, who has a background in finance and real estate development who launched the successful vitamin and wellness brand Ohana Patches in the UK in 2018.
Taylor also specializes in growing startups and has brought the trio together to create a UK-based company with a vision of creating jobs here rather than in the US.
As part of the new business launch, Ohana Patches will be renamed and run under the new brand TheVitCo.
Taylor said the decision to start the company, which also offers a range of high quality CBD oils and creams, was made because it was recognized that there was definitely a need for an alternative method of delivery of vitamins and nutrients.
The VitCo patch range has been clinically tested and is equipped with slow-release technology, which enables the ingredients to flow steadily through the skin directly into the bloodstream in the body, thus avoiding the digestive system.
